How many times have we heard these sayings...Stop and smell the roses..Take time to enjoy the day. Live your Dreams! Be Creative! Live Free or Die! Dont sweat the small stuff? Our WORLD is filled with supposed meaningful cliches. What makes them cliches is that most people say more then they do. Its only in the DOING, do these words become REAL!
So if you dont mean what you say...dont fool yourself by thinking saying the words impress people. People are no longer ignorant. They can see if the sayer and the doer are one in the same?
If you still have to be told to enjoy life , I doubt if the message will ever reach your ear! Folks who still need to be told to slow down and appreicate, have yet to really appreciate the blessings they have around them, daily. Although important to those individuals, telling someone what they should do in their lives presumes the lack of God already in that life. And in essence leaves little belief in the Grand Scheme of things.
Everything in life is Purposefull, however awareness of your individual purpose is the meaning of Life Itself!
What is most meaingful however is to be remembered not for what you do, but for who we are!
Most people would say, I want to be remembered as a good Mom or a good Dad, That in itself can be a full time commitment. However that alone never fulfills the individual YOU. That only you alone know where your real fulfilment lies. However one word, can be seen as the core word for all who seek their Higher Purpose.
That word is Integrity. Integrity, includes both our Spirit and the Word. It says to thine own Self be True! And to what purpose then would be a lie?
As Im sure you already know, few people take on that mantal. However, you can do nothing greater in your life, than that. Being the one honest voice, is not something you see everyday. In fact it can cause many to leave you, or speak unkindly of you to, to you. You might be envied for you ablility to cherish the Truth so highly. Even amoung your own. even amoung those who say they love you, they may secretly dislike the lie they have to see, in your presence.. They themselves might even have to learn how to live with such Integrity, if they themselves dont hold that same value. However the person who lives a integral life, can see the person beyond their own lie.
Most people are very sincere in wanting to make the lives of others better Their focus and purpose might be just that. And that is indeed good. They can devote much of of their time in supporting a cause or a certain belief system. They can work for the betterment of themselves and others and indeed that is the real purpose of their lives.
However it is my Purpose to live and share my life with integrity of purpose
More than doing good for others, I will live my life with the knowledge that my Integrity and Good Word, is what I leave behind. That I lived my life in Truth. That my God was a man of His Word. That His Heart was best expressed through the Integrity of who He Is and expects us to be!
Work for the betterment of others, and if that is your truth, then do nothing that would cause another harm.
Never make yourself more than the person you want to help. If you give your word to another, dont look for a way out after. If you commit to your lover, cheat not in your mind or heart. If you want others to respect you, first be someone you would respect. Think of all the good we can do in the world when we dont care who gets the credit!
DONT FOCU ON WHAT OTHER DONT DO , THAT IS A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME! You have no right to dictate what thier inner purpose calls on them to do! Dont expect others to live what they can't see.
The reason the world still Questions the existance of God, is becuase they believe they cant see Him.
Their only problem is , that they dont know where to look!
I see Him in every kindness done to another. I see Him MOST in an Honest Man of Impecable Character. Everytime I hear the Truth, and see it in action. Yes many of us can be fooled by words..they can be crafted to spin or twist , but those words will never hold the Truth.
People who live THE TRUTH can add so much more to the world, that spins on lies. People who live the truth, live a life where not on lie...lives ! Can you live your Truth? Can you live a life where only honesty and trust exist?
Unless you are living a life, without lies..nothing you DO will be remembered.
