I was told today, that I was of the Old World? I had to think for a moment , what that meant exactly?
I suppose it means , that I still respect my God, who is the Christ of my being. I suppose it also means, Im not hypocritcal, nor is sarchasim any part of who I am. It means I respect those who have gone before me. And although I dont hold grudges, I do hold in account those who arent true to their word.
I take what I say seriously , or I will not waste a breath in saying it. I ask nothing of others, that I havent done myself. Knowing full well, if I were able to do this, than they also are able. For we were told, all this and more , you can do!
I dont care what a man does for a living, I care more about what he does for his spiritual life! I want others to treat themselves kindly, but never at the expense of another. If you truly love yourself, you will have to love others, its just the way it is? If that love is only of the mouth, then your heart will know that. And although you might fool yourself into believing you are true, it will never last forever, and it is forever where my love lives. When you tell a friend that you love them, you had better mean it with your whole heart, you heart is easily fooled, for it lives to see the best in all who it loves. And the only pain it can feel is in its disappointment in those who it thought, loved it as well.
I have no other love, than the love of God, the Christ in my being, if you do not love Him, you love me not!
If this means I am of the Old World, than I can only thank Chirst for Him taking me with Him, in my time.
