The people I found were the most harsh, and blatantly arrogant, were the very people who wore the mask they call "green". Like anyone with a cause, the cause becomes greater and hotter, based upon its oppositions.
These same people who espouse being green, will think nothing of being downright hateful, to those who they see as unwilling to do their bidding. They take offense on anyone who doesn't see Mother Earth as being a Goddess, who needs constant attention to her needs. This of course is the attitude created from a feminised adulation of self. Therefore Mother Earth, is seen as something that needs constant attending to. What seems to be forgotten is, have they seen the other side of Mother Earth, called Mother Nature?
Mother Nature can certainly show us her destructive side, as do some of these same Goddess Lovers.
What I find ironic is, that these women worshippers seem to leave the idea of Maleness behind? While they apply all their focus on the feminine. They are the backbone of the green movement, and they will lionesses when it comes to their need to protect the planet.
I am not ruled by gender, however I respect the idea of caring for everything in my care. I respect my husbands purpose as much as I do my own. I care for all that God has blessed me with. I am grateful for what the Earth provides, and dont take advantage of it. I also constantly give thanks to the God of my being, who is a Good Father, to His children. He keeps the Earth fertile, yet no one seems to address His contribution?
In the green party, no Father is needed? The Father from their perspective, is abusive, He is represented by anyone they see, who would rape the planet. He is the Corporate abusers, and anyone who has little or no affinity to what is seen as the feminine sensibility. For some reason they only seem to respect Mother Earth, and leave the idea of Father Sky wondering in the abstract? It is His ability after all, that inspires, re-seeds , rejuvenates , replenishes, and recreates the Earth, having sadly been dismissed, by all those who seek femininity as God.
Those who seem to choose this point of view, although strongly opinionated ,dont seem to give any acknowledgement towards their other half, the masculine.
When balance and wholeness is part of the individual, both aspects of Self are acknowledge. It is only then, that the feminine knows, it can take care of itself. It needs no special care, and it also knows that it can replenish itself. It is only the separation of this understanding that creates the need to be "green".
From a Godly perspective, green is only one color, in His vast color wheel spectrum. From a God perspective, He is the one who determines both our time, and that of our planet. He who holds all that is Good, would see the good, in the intentions of those who choose to be green, but also sees their misunderstanding, and misplaced devotion.
He would ask us to care for ourselves. He would ask us to be individually responsible. He would ask us to do it almost anonymously. He would far prefer we live by example, than by brow beat others into thinking "green".
Christ never proposed a "green" party, nor would he today. What I believe He would say is, that the duty of all would be to care for your brother, your mother, your friends. He would see them, as where our care and concern should be. He would ask us to replenish the earth, if we willed, by planting a tree in His Name. He would remind us to see, all the good the Earth provides but remind us, that He is the soul provider of all that is Good. He would maybe make us rethink our focus. He would ask us to always be mindfull of the things of Heaven , and to never where you plant your feet, the favored priority.
