To thine own self be true, has been stated for hundreds of years. If you are a liar admit to being one, only if you dont accept Christ in your life.
Once you do accept Him as God, then just as any addicted being must, one has to wean oneself off of deciet. There is nothing wrong with being completely honest with yourself, for that is just the beginning. Once you take on that habit, it becomes your way of life. I'm not speaking of the honesty of telling someone you dont like what they are wearing, that is a fashion judgement call. The honesty and truth I speak of is of your compassionate heart.
If you see an injustice, to right it. Never allow a friendship to exist if you cant speak freely without feeling your being judged. If it's a true friendship, it is Truth that is at its Heart. Know and appreciate your true friends.They arent meausred in numbers. Be the example you wish the world to be. Never force YOUR PURPOSE purpose on another. Give the gift of gratitude to your God daily, for without Him there would be absolutely no Good in the world.
For His is the principle of Good. He is the emtion of Good that we feel, He is the Soul of All Goodness.
Find the sameness that is at the core of all beings, rather than seek what separates us. Never point an accusitory finger, without first looking in your own mirror. If you have done to another what you accuse him of doing, than accept that , and then move on. If your goodness has been used against you, or seen as a ploy, move on! FOr that is truly pearls being cast to only those who wish to wear them to decieve others.
If you truly love yourself, it is our nature to than wish to share that love. Try not to use your sharing to gain love, for that is something that can only be sought in you. For the Christ is the source of all Love, He lives within you, so seek His love before all others.
Finally , without the whole truth, there is no truth. Seek Christ always as you source of Truth. Ask Him always first, and then listen to what your being told. WHen you make Him the source of your Truth, you will open up a direct line of communication where His Truth will eventually be confirmed.
