GOURDBUzz- Truth is Eternal -Knowledge is changeable Its disastrous to confuse them

Both sides are constantly defining what patriotism means. Obama certainly is right , when he says its not just wearing a flag pin on your lapel. But the burning of the flag to me, is in no way a patriotic act. Its an act of defiance and protestation. Do you have to disrespect something to define your position? I think not.  To defile a symbol that for some has the blood of sacrifice, would be similar to defiling the sacred wood of Christs cross.

Symbols have intense meaning, and should not be minimized to satisfy some peoples sense of anarchy . Science minded folks seem to easily destroy or dispel symbols , diminishing their intensity. Yet those very same people will promote intense value on things they see as their symbols of protest. Like the symbol of flag burning.

What amazes me is how angry the opposition can become, when it comes to someone having the same amount of conviction, but at the other end of thought. What I also find humorous is , how violent those who protest peace can become, when their ideas are challenged.

However, I never thought how it could be used to tell other people how to live? When I listened to that song, I had converted my understanding of orthodox religions, as something I felt I had no need for. And I still feel that way. However, even within that belief, I never lost my firm belief in Christ. Christ is not a religion, He is a principle, a Character of Being, Our Planetary Higher Self.

Many believe in Him, but feel they need not live His Life. Many say they want to live His principles, but instead hate or dislike those who dont think or believe as them? Is that the Christ Consciousness He asked us to probagate? I think not!  What I see now, in those who wish to promote "no religion" is a sense of superiority, that often happens to even those "SP's" who make the new train of thought a distorted religion.

The question was asked of Christ, "what master is the greatest of all the commandments?". And His answer was, to love thy neighbor as thyself , for the Love of God.

With that in mind. I asked myself, If the One came down on Earth, how would He express that ? Would He be running for President? Would He accept abortion? Would He ask , that the rich sacrifice more than the poor?

Would He be involved at all , with that which is Caesars? But mostly, would He accept someone who proposes to do good, who is not true to his word?

In essence , can someone who believes He is King of the World, be it, if He doesn't stand up for the Truth?

The True One lives His Truth, He died for His Truth. And He lived for the benefit of our SOUL, not for the benefit of our financial well being. When we make wrong choices, God our Highest Good, knows the difference.

When you intimidate, distort, manipulate, coerce, strong arm, support fraud, to make you look good, you are not

the ONE!

Please dont be fooled by sweet words whispered in your ears. Mr Obama is not the "One". He is not a man of his word, nor does he have principles that he stands on. What he does have is lots and lots of money. And with that , he has indeed used it to keep those who havent fallen for his charisma, at bay. It seems no one can ask him a question, without being shouted at, dismissed , or call some slur, so as to distract the seeker from seeing the truth.

If there ever were a Master distractor, its Obama. He might have the best intentions to do good, but is good truly served when it stands on ommissions? When he only keeps his word as long as it suits his needs?

Christ would expect us to live His Truth. Not buy America with promises , not delievered. Sorry Oprah, he is not the One, he is acting as if he is, but acting as if , is not living it! If Mr Obama was truly "the one", why would his people wish to continue to deminish the very people whom they say they are the advocates for? Why would they wish to destroy anyone asking a simple question? Would they have had the need to destroy that person if, he indeed had their same point of view.

I find Mr Obama's ideas somewhat suspect, when he and his army use surrpression of some of the very same freedoms we hold dear.

To ask a question, and then be villified becuase of it, seems somewhat disengenious. And then to be used as a punching bag, by the very people you say you wish to represent, I find more than distrubing.  Obaman has a share the wealth philosphy, with the underlying dislike for those who dont wish to see it his way!  THe sad thing is , that I dont see those who represent him as loving those who seem to love God and Country first? In the Mind of God, wonder is the child of a lesser God.

I certainly dont mean that you should take affront to that, as some might. However, wonder belongs more to man, than to God. All things of course are part of the Almighty , however not all things belong in the realm of the Christ. 

Christ never wondered about His connection to His Father. He was concieved to a woman who knew and accepted her God, without any sense of curiousity. Her acceptanced relationship to Him, had nothing to do with a lack of understanding. And had even less to do with the wonder that most see as a sign of intelligence.

Intelligence in mans world, immediately denotes one postion in society. Those who laud knowledge, see knowledge as power. Curiousity, doesnt even reach that level of commitment. Curiousity is a dabbler. Its just a slight interest , most times only to occupy ones time. Curiousity leaves ME to wonder, its purpose? As children, I can definately understand their wonder. Curiousity in that age, when the world is still mystery is how children seek to find thier way in the world. However, in an adult, I would think one would no longer see the world as a curiousity?

Robinhood in Medevil Times was considered a good guy. We rooted for him to steal bags of money from those rich greedy landbarons. However in todays global economy, would you want anything taken from you, just becuase someone decides you have too much? In my day that was called stealing. And any plan, that sanctions stealing to improve anothers life, is principly as corrupt as that of the rich person keeping more than his share. Wouldnt the better plan be a flat tax , or a consumer tax, where everyone pays their fair share.

No plan for America should be accepted just becuase something thinks Robinhood is a good guy. That type of thinking we then lead to, who is  it that determines who is truly rich?

I dont want the American Dream given to those just becuase they are part of that dream. I would much perfer us to share our wealth not taking from one to give to another, but instead selectively correcting the many abuses Washington has committed.

To thine own self be true, has been stated for hundreds of years. If you are a liar admit to being one, only if you dont accept Christ in your life.

Once you do accept Him as God, then just as any addicted being must, one has to wean oneself off of deciet. There is nothing wrong with being completely honest with yourself, for that is just the beginning. Once you take on that habit, it becomes your way of life. I'm not speaking of the honesty of telling someone you dont like what they are wearing, that is a fashion judgement call. The honesty and truth I speak of is of your compassionate heart.

If you see an injustice, to right it. Never allow a friendship to exist if you cant speak freely without feeling your being judged. If it's a true friendship, it is Truth that is at its Heart. Know and appreciate your true friends.They arent meausred in numbers. Be the example you wish the world to be. Never force YOUR PURPOSE purpose on another. Give the gift of gratitude to your God daily, for without Him there would be absolutely no Good in the world.

In a time when fear and uncertainty is running rampant in our country, would you think adding to that fear the right approach? I Don'T! In fact the one thing  and only thing that keeps me certain in this time of uncertainty is the voice of Christ stating "Fear Not!"

I would have to suggest that at this time, Mr Obama looks as if he is in the lead, and is winning on what he used to decry as "fear tactics when it came from the other administration. War mongering some would say. So in this time of uncertainty, what do you call a person who wants to win by inciting more fear? Its now being presented as fear of our econony failing. And what fear hits home to a Capitolist America than  what they are rooted in? Isnt that the root of all fear? Thier financial death?

America I believe is tired! We are tired of the manipulation of its people, by hype, or spin doctors , media types and all those who prefer to keep us in the dark with half truths, then bring us into the light of day!

If your looking for the whole truth, please dont look for it in politics. The Government itself splits into two hemispheres. Within those hemispheres live two philosophies. One of Self reliance, the other is a God-like attitude of "I'll take care of all your ills". One asks that we rely on ourselves, the other that we rely on others. Neither have nor wish to have the complete truth. In fact, in politics, to tell the complete truth, is a ticket for your demise.

Both sides are seeking power, both sides are exacting a consciousness that feeds on winning by ideas. Please never believe these ideas are based in principles. For when you are living your principles, nothing but the whole truth is relevant.

So if you seek to find God , within this election, remember, He is not schizophrenic. He is Love, not Fear. He doesn't see lack . He sees the Truth. Not rich against poor, or poor against rich. He only sees people who are unaware of who they are. For rich and poor only exists in the physical dynamic of the body's survival. It in no way has anything to do with the Love of God. Nor does it have anything to do with ones soul.
